Pinch of Texas Shipping Policy

At Pinch of Texas, we are committed to delivering our products quickly and reliably so you can enjoy a little Texas in every bite. Please review our shipping policy for important details about how your order will be delivered.

Shipping Method

We use USPS flat-rate shipping to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery across the United States. All orders include tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment from our Dallas kitchen to your doorstep.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping, depending on your location. This includes delivery to both the East and West Coasts.
  • Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days before shipping.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat rate is calculated at order checkout based on size of order within the United States.
  • Free shipping may be available for promotional periods or orders exceeding a certain amount. Stay tuned for updates!

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Limitations

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@pinchoftexas.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you. While we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
