Perishable Items

Because our brownies are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

We may request photos of the item(s) and packaging to better understand the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items like our seasoning blends, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed due to a carrier issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we are happy to assist with resolving the matter—please email us at orders@pinchoftexas.com with your order details.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@pinchoftexas.com. Orders that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
