- Perishable Products: Our brownies are perishable and must be stored appropriately upon receipt. Specific storage instructions are provided with your order.
- Non-Perishable Products: Our seasoning blends are non-perishable but must be kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Lost or Damaged Orders: Please contact us at orders@pinchoftexas.com within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or is not delivered.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Items (Brownies): Due to the nature of our brownies, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
- Non-Perishable Items (Seasoning Blends): Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
