We specialize in freshly made brownies and chef-crafted seasoning blends. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance from website images due to their handmade nature.

  • Perishable Products: Our brownies are perishable and must be stored appropriately upon receipt. Specific storage instructions are provided with your order.
  • Non-Perishable Products: Our seasoning blends are non-perishable but must be kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product without notice.


3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
  • Taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: Please contact us at orders@pinchoftexas.com within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or is not delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Perishable Items (Brownies): Due to the nature of our brownies, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
  • Non-Perishable Items (Seasoning Blends): Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.

6. Subscription Services

If you opt into a subscription box service, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to that subscription. Subscriptions can be modified or canceled according to the terms outlined during sign-up.
